The location was epic, just a stone's throw away from San Babila Station, Montenapoleone Metro Station, and the iconic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. We could easily hop on and off the public transport to explore the city, and the shopping district was on fleek. The staff were chill and hooked us up with everything we needed.

The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene. As young party-goers, we were craving for a fun bar or club within walking distance where we could turn up and dance the night away.

Our late arrival was no problem at all, thanks to the amazing staff who provided clear directions and even included pictures to help us find our room. The central location was perfect, just a short walk to the stunning Duomo Cathedral and with a convenient metro station nearby. The room was impeccable, with a delightful shower and great tea and coffee facilities. We were pleasantly surprised to find Netflix available on the flat-screen TV. The staff, especially Anna at the reception, were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel was very clean and offered good value for money, with a wide range of facilities including free Wi-Fi, a car park, luggage storage, 24-hour security. We also appreciated the lift, the electric kettle in the room, and the option for express and VIP check-in/out. It's worth mentioning that cots were available, pets were allowed, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable throughout our stay. a mind-blowing experience with no smoking allowed on site. Superb!

as for me, the location was favourable, not far from a cafe and the center of milan. stopped by b cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's minute walk from the venue, recommend.

The rooms at Aiello Hotels - Duomo are incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. I loved how the air-conditioning kept the room cool and refreshing. The desk was handy for catching up on some work, and having a kettle in the room was a nice touch for making my own tea. The fridge was convenient for storing snacks and drinks. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment during downtimes, and the private bathroom with a bidet felt luxurious. I felt at home in these cozy rooms.

I would have preferred if there was a better view from the room. But hey, it's just my personal preference!
